Every Vispring mattress is crafted for exceptional comfort, featuring hand-nested calico cotton pocket springs arranged in a honeycomb formation for lasting strength and flexibility. Each spring moves independently, gently responding to the body’s natural contours to provide effortless support. Available in single, double, or triple-layered spring systems, Vispring mattresses deliver balanced, weightless comfort for a truly restorative sleep.

Artisanal Side Stitching 

True excellence cannot be rushed. Every Vispring mattress is hand-side-stitched by skilled craftspeople, using a technique refined through years of experience. Up to six rows of stitching are secured with natural twine, strengthening the mattress border while enhancing long-lasting comfort and support. This careful process can take up to eight hours, but the result is enduring quality, backed by our guarantee and made to serve you beautifully for a lifetime, every night.

Delicately Teased Natural Fillings

Vispring mattresses are made with nature’s finest materials, including wool, silk, bamboo, horsetail, and cotton, each selected for softness, breathability, and lasting resilience. Carefully hand-laid above the springs, these hypoallergenic, insulating layers form a naturally biodegradable foundation that helps regulate temperature. Tape Edging Structural Security

At our Plymouth workshop, each Vispring mattress is carefully finished with flexible ticking tape, expertly stitched to secure the borders. Hand Tufted for Ultimate Comfort 

More than filled, a Vispring mattress is carefully sculpted by hand. Each tuft is individually placed to secure the natural fillings and shape the brand’s signature contoured surface. This precise hand-tufting helps maintain an even feel, dependable support, and long-lasting comfort over time. Sealed with Care 

Every Vispring mattress is finished with premium ticking, including 100% Belgian Damask from Maes, a family-run mill with Oeko-Tex® certification. Made from plant-based viscose and enhanced with a non-chemical, biodegradable M-Pure fire treatment, the ticking reflects Vispring’s commitment to quality and care. Each mattress is then hand-finished with expertly applied tape, creating a strong, seamless edge that preserves its structure and adds a refined final touch.
