For over 85 years, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. Our shipments are carefully packed and inspected before leaving our store, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below. 

Returns and Exchanges 

Jordans Home will accept merchandise returns for Standard Delivery items within x days of purchase or delivery and issue a credit or refund at the time of return only with a valid receipt. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt, gift receipt or packing slip. Within xx days of purchase or delivery we will issue a store credit only.

You must contact the store before any goods are returned. Goods returned without prior authorization will be refused. Merchandise that is pre-approved to be returned must be returned in original, undamaged condition and in its original packaging and at the cost of the sender, including both shipping charges and any brokerage or duty that is applicable.

Returns of merchandise purchased through our website will be accepted by mail or in person at any of our stores .

To return an item by mail please call us at  604.733.1174 and we will send you a return label with all of the proper shipping instructions.

Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with the items to be returned. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

DAMAGED GOODS

If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. If there is obvious damage to the package upon delivery, please note the condition of the package on the waybill or refuse the delivery altogether. Please contact the store should you ever refuse a shipment. Once goods are in your possession for more than 48 hours, we cannot accept any claims for damage.
